These competitions are intended to encourage members to attempt to interpret themes. No differentiation will be made between Level 1, 2 or 3 members.
6.1 There will be two competitions, one for prints and one for projected digital images. In each competition a trophy will be awarded for the highest total score.
6.2 To enter one of the competitions a member must submit a set of three images, one addressing each of the three themes. Images may be any combination of colour or mono.
The file name must be in the following format:6.3 A member is limited to entering one set of images per competition.
6.4 A member need not have entered league competitions.
6.5 An external judge will be invited to adjudicate on each competition evening and to present the trophy at the end.
6.6 The competition format will be three separate competitions, one for each theme.
6.7 The judge will award marks out of 20, marks will be added together, and the winner will be the photographer with the highest total across the three themes. In the event of a tie the judge will choose the winner.
