4.1 Images must be uploaded to the website.
4.2 All digital images should be submitted as a .jpg file with a maximum of 1600 pixels wide and a maximum of 1200 pixels high (e.g. a letterbox image of 1600px by 900px is allowed SEE RESIZING FOR COMPETITIONS
4.3 All images should be in the sRGB colour space. SEE RESIZING FOR COMPETITIONS
4.4 For all league competitions each image must be saved with a file name in the following format:-
Your Name_Category_Order of preference_Title.jpg
Eg Bert Bloggs_Level2_1_Lonely Tree.jpg
4.5 For all annual awards competitions each image must be saved with a file name in the following format:-
Your Name_Class_Order of preference_Title.jpg
Eg John Smith_2_1_Mona Lisa.jpg where 2 indicates Open Colour class and 1 indicates 1st choice for entering.
