9.1 There are 7 classes in the Annual Awards:
9.1 The same, or substantially the same, image submitted for the annual awards may only be submitted in one class and may not be entered more than once in the annual awards.
9.2 Members may submit up to 6 images in each class for the annual awards competition and identify their order of preference. The actual number of images used from members in each class will be at the discretion of the competition secretary.
9.3 Members must enter a minimum of 2 league competitions in a season in order to qualify for entry to the annual awards.
9.4 Entries to the annual awards will be placed as 1st 2nd 3rd and highly commended in each class, and there will be trophies for the best overall print and best overall projected digital image.
9.5 By popular vote of members on the evening of the annual awards, a trophy (The President's Cup) will be awarded to the best image chosen from the judges best print and best PDI.
